SRL-Z Series Mixers
Usage and Feature:
SRL-Z Series Mixed Machines are mostly used in matching, mixing, dying, drying of all kinds of colophony such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, etc. They can also be used in dryness, and other crafts and in mixing of hydroxybenzene aldehyde resinic admixture.
These machines combine hot mixing and crafts together: the hot mixing finished materials automatically enter to be cooled and got rid of remained gas, preventing agglomeration. |

SRL-WZ Horizontal Mixers:
Produce Line Usage
Used in mixing, whipping, drying, dying, etc. of plastic, latex , daily chemical industry and other trades, they are the ideal equipment to plastic plank, pipe, special material and disassemble plastic.
These machines were developed from the adoption of abroad advanced technology with electronegative pressure theory. Electricity meter made from famous brand electricity appliance can be controlled by PLC program, which owns higher automatization and quicker speed. The oar is made through stainless steel pressure and passed balance test. Especially, the cooler oar is adopted the abroad most advanced screw stirring structure, which makes no dead angle of the whole container, which owns fast cooling speed, entirely materials out, and the mixture effect has reached the abroad advanced level. |

Usage and Feature
Used in mixture, stirring, drying, dying and other crafts of plastic, latex, daily used chemical industry and other trades.
Ｔhe main axis sealing achieved nation patent. （Ｎｏ.ZL96 2 43064.1）
Boiler cover is with double sealing.
With automatism rub, electric heating, and other heating ways.
Offloading way is adopted two ways：temperature automatism control and hand control.
The oar is made of stainless steel through active and still balance experiment. |
